About this site
This site is run by Brittany's K9 Training LLC(the trainer, Brittany Tate). The pages here describe our training programs and how to get in touch. Browsing the site doesn't create a client relationship - that begins after we've had a conversation and agreed on a program.
Our services
We offer in-home training, group lessons, board & train, and service-dog training in the Columbus, Ohio area. The specifics of any engagement - what we'll work on, the timeline, the price - are agreed in writing or via direct conversation before training begins.
Results
Dogs are individuals. We don't guarantee specific outcomes or timelines. We do promise to show up, work carefully, and tell you the truth about what's working and what isn't.
Cancellations & refunds
Our cancellation and refund approach is part of your training agreement and handled directly between us. If a question comes up, the fastest path is to call or email.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site as intended - reading, learning, and getting in touch. Don't scrape, attack, or otherwise interfere with the site or other visitors' ability to use it.
Third-party services
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots and SMTP2GO to deliver messages. Their terms apply to their respective services. We use them because they're reliable; we don't share more than the message you send.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
