Who we are
Brittany's K9 Training LLCis a small, owner-operated dog-training business based in Columbus, Ohio. When this page says "we" or "our" we mean the business and the trainer behind it.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, you choose to share:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your dog's name
- The service you're interested in
- The message you write
We do not run advertising trackers. We do not run analytics that personally identify you. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out, which sets a short-lived session cookie - nothing tied to your identity.
How we use it
We use your information for one thing: to reply to you about training your dog. We don't share it with anyone outside the people who deliver our email (Cloudflare for spam protection, SMTP2GO for transactional delivery), and we don't sell it.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email history so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. If you want it deleted, ask and we'll do it.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information, send you a copy of what we have on file, or correct anything that's wrong. Email us at brittanyk9trainer@gmail.comand we'll handle it.
Changes to this policy
If we update how we handle information, we'll post the new version here with a fresh "last updated" date.
